Can I have a refund if the item is damaged in the transit?

While it's rare that this will happen, it can. In such a circumstance, our stated policy is to replace the item free of charge regardless of the circumstance.

What if the tracking shows the item has been delivered but I haven't received it?

While very rare, in such a case, we will carry out various measures to determine the whereabouts of the item. If the item cannot be discovered, the print can be reordered again with a substantial discount applied. Unfortunately, we don't repost orders when the tracking clearly states delivery has taken place.

Are the delivery dates guaranteed?

The delivery dates are estimates and while they are usually honoured, on rare occasions some items can be delayed. This will not be considered a valid reason for return. and we will do everything possible to help should your item be delayed :)

What is the process if the item is returned back to sender?

Once the package has been returned back to us, we will always repost the order at a cost of 1 unit of postage, depending on your delivery location. We cannot refund the order because we do not reuse the prints (otherwise we would). The reason for this is that once they're removed from the tube and repackaged, the prints are no longer pristine and not acceptable to be sent out again.

This striking poster features a vibrant red background filled with a charming collection of illustrated ceramics and a classic bowl of pasta. The design showcases detailed vases and bowls in terracotta, cream, and olive tones, surrounded by stylized floral motifs and botanical leaves that create a maximalist, kitchen-inspired scene. With its rich color palette and folk-art aesthetic, this graphic print is a sophisticated choice for a dining room, kitchen, or cafe wall. The smooth finish of the poster captures the intricate line work and patterns of the original illustration while maintaining a clean and professional look.
