SMALL SIZED DROP IN SNUGGIE ORIGINAL TEA COSY is made to fit your smal 24-30 Ounce teapot. The fabric comes from England and is a British Icon print cotton. The lining is a burgundy cotton and there are multiple layers of THICK inner polyfil BATTING for the warmth of the tea.

MY COSIES DO NOT GO OVER THE TOP OF THE LID. You will want to access your teapot lid without having to untie the cosy each time to get to it. The drawn tie sits on the neck just below the rim of the teapot.

IMPORTANT TEA COSY INFORMATION FOR ORIGINAL DESIGN “DROP IN” SNUGGIE

This is MY OWN ORIGINAL DESIGN and does NOT use elastic but has a bottom where the teapot just sits down. This means the teapot will sit FLATTER without the elastic in the way. There is a drawstring tie at the neck below the header ruffle. There are multiple inner layers of poly fill batting to keep the tea warm.

BEFORE PURCHASING A COSY, It is always best to measure your teapot by putting water in it 8 ounces at a time. (a cup) My cosies fit very firmly and are very thick.
Teapots or other props in any photos are not included. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW HOW MANY OUNCES YOUR TEAPOT HOLDS – please don’t guess! I can’t stress this enough as several people have asked for an exchange because they didn’t do this! I have a NO EXCHANGE POLICY because it is very complicated and time consuming and I loose. Let’s get it right the first time!
The last photo of each cosy shows the Actual teapot that was used for the photo shoot. I do not reuse photos of previously sold cosies even if the size is the same – this is the COSY you will be getting!

This tea cosy is one of a kind and the teapot or any other items in a photo are never included.
This is machine washable on delicate only. The best way to get out tea stains is to soak a cosy in a small sink with Oxiclean for 4 hours. I sprinkle the Oxiclean right where the stains are! Squeeze out and rinse well and hang cosy to dry! Washable RED FABRICS should only be washed in cold water on delicate.
Instructions will come with the tea cosy and are very helpful! The neck is where the tie is drawn on the rim just below the top of the teapot. Practice tying your tea cosy on TIGHTER AND TIGHTER below the neck opening until you succeed. Always pull the header ruffle up straight around at the end.
