30-Day Refund/Replacement for Print Issues/Defects

Our orders are shipped directly from our printing partner and, occasionally, errors do occur. If the design does not match the listing photo, or contains a clear defect, please send us a message with a clear photo of the issue, ensuring the design is visible, within 30 days of receiving your item, and we will replace/refund your item. We will not be able to provide a refund or replacement if it is passed 30 days.

Ensuring Shipping Address and Size Are Correct Before Ordering

Since our items are Made to Order, we do not offer returns and exchanges. However, we do offer a 'Love It Guarantee' and want to ensure that you are 100% happy. Please message us so that we could offer a deep discount for the correct size/color. We want to work with you and do everything we can to make the situation right.

Odor or Residue on Apparel When Delivered

You may notice an odor on your apparel when you first receive your item. You may also notice some residue or slight discoloration. Please don't worry! This comes from the special pre-treatment solution that is used for printing the design on your shirt. It can sometimes cause an odor and/or leave residue marks during the drying cycle process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. For odors, consider using baking soda in your wash, as this will remove the odor immediately.

Are Refunds or Replacements Given for Defects or Lost Items?

In cases where your item is damaged, lost in the mail, or you received the wrong item entirely, you have the option of receiving a refund or a reprint (new item free of charge). For a lost item, please contact your local mail carrier as a first-step and also ask neighbors if they have received your package in error. If you don't have any luck, please contact me and we will help you. For defects, please send clear pictures of the defect, ensuring design is visible, and we will refund or replace your order free of charge. Please note that refunds and replacements will only be given within 30 days of delivery. We cannot provide refunds or replacements after 30 days of delivery.

Are Refunds Given If Order Doesn't Show Up On Time for Time-Sensitive Items?

Please allow 10 business days from date your order is placed and the date you need item by. Take into account our internal production times (2-5 business days) and carrier times (2-5 business days). If, after ordering, you decide you do not want to chance your order not arriving on time, you absolutely have the right to cancel that order within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot accept cancellations after 12 hours of ordering because your item will be too far along in the process. If you do decide to take a chance on the order arriving on time, and it doesn't, we cannot provide refunds.

Are Returns and Refunds Given If I Change My Mind About Order After It Arrives?

Since your items are Made-to-Order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are given if your product is damaged or defective or if it was lost by the carrier. You also have the option to receive a replacement if any of these scenarios occur. However, all sales are final and returns and refunds are not given if you receive your item in perfect condition but you have buyer's remorse and decide to change your mind about your order

Our T-shirts are made using the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing method. This means our shirts won’t crack or peel like vinyl. The DTG printing method is a process of printing on textiles and garments using a specialized ink jet technology. The ink is printed INTO the fabric. It doesn’t sit on top of it. The entire process is eco-friendly; inks are water-based, bio-degradable and non-toxic. Textile inks are water-based pigment inks that are OEKO-TEX, Eco-Pass certified and CPSIA-compliant. You can be confident that their print has high durability and washability because the inks have scored 4.0 or higher on the AATCC wash test. All our shirts are produced in the USA.
