Highlights

LITTLE YELLOW BUTTERFLY — AMETHYST EDITION 001

A real preserved Little Yellow butterfly (Pyrisitia lisa) is presented in Amethyst Edition 001, a one-of-one framed specimen artwork built around the contrast between the butterfly’s warm yellow coloration and a rich purple decorative treatment.

The composition is designed to keep the specimen visually clear while using the amethyst-inspired surroundings to create depth and color harmony. The result has a softer, jewel-toned character than the darker entomology pieces in a traditional oddities collection, making it equally suited to natural-history interiors and more colorful eclectic spaces.

THE SPECIMEN

Pyrisitia lisa is a small, elegant butterfly whose bright yellow wings create a luminous presence in framed display. Its compact proportions and delicate form give the artwork a refined scale, while the preserved natural markings reward close viewing.

Because this is a genuine specimen, subtle differences in wing tone, markings, texture, and shape are intrinsic to the butterfly and contribute to the individuality of the artwork.

ONE-OF-ONE ARTWORK

Amethyst Edition 001 is offered as a single physical composition. The preserved Pyrisitia lisa specimen, its framing, and the purple artist-created presentation together form the complete artwork.

Ideal for:

• Butterfly and entomology collectors
• Purple and jewel-toned interiors
• Botanical and nature-focused gallery walls
• Eclectic or whimsical decor
• Natural-history and curiosity collections
• A distinctive gift for a butterfly enthusiast

DISPLAY & CARE

Preserved butterfly specimens are delicate natural materials. Display indoors away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, and high humidity. Keep the specimen protected within its frame and handle the finished artwork with care.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

One physical framed Little Yellow butterfly artwork, Amethyst Edition 001, featuring the real preserved Pyrisitia lisa specimen shown. This is original one-of-one specimen-based wall art, not a digital print or mass-produced reproduction.
