Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. Since each item is handcrafted and made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you encounter any issues, please contact us directly through Etsy chat so we can assist you. If you wish to change the design image, a $5 design change fee will apply. If you choose to cancel your order before the embroidery is confirmed, 70% of the design fee will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Our products are tailor-made just for you. Returns and full refunds are offered in the following cases: The product substantially differs from its description or the preview provided. The product is damaged due to manufacturing errors or shipping. You received the wrong product. Please note: There may be a variation of up to 20% between the product images and the actual item due to lighting or display differences on monitors. For situations not listed above, a partial refund (excluding shipping fees) may be considered.

To file a complaint, please contact us with the following information: Your order number. Photos or videos showing the defect. For printing issues, include clear photos of the mistake. For sizing concerns, provide photos with a measuring tape or ruler for reference. If items are missing, send images of the received package along with the shipping label. For malfunctioning products, a clear video demonstrating the problem is required. Our support team will review your claim. If your case is eligible, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, or if a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for errors made by the customer, such as: Choosing the wrong size, design, or color. Providing an incorrect shipping address resulting in a lost order. Changing your mind after placing the order. Any damage caused by the customer. Not reviewing the design or failing to submit required personalization details. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. Refusing delivery or returning items without prior approval does not guarantee a refund.

We recommend reaching out to us via message within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes. Please note that once a tracking number has been issued for shipment, we’re unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

When will my order be delivered?

The embroidery design is promptly delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the order is received. Shipping within the continental United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days, while international delivery usually ranges from 10 to 28 days, depending on the destination. Customers within the U.S. may request expedited shipping options. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders.
