The printed heart loops can be beautifully decorated with a few dried flowers.

"Mama Heart" approximate printing time for two hearts on my system: 1 hour
Depending on material, settings, printer, size, etc.
Size per heart approx.: 128.5x157x4.5 (scalable)

2. Permitted Use

The sale of finished printed physical products is permitted on a small-scale commercial basis, exclusively to end customers (B2C).

3. Unauthorized use

Sales to resellers, dealers, shops, companies or large customers (B2B) are expressly prohibited.

❌ Do not share this file
The file may not be sold, given away, exchanged, shared, uploaded, published, passed on or modified and redistributed – neither free of charge nor for a fee, neither digitally nor physically.

❌ No derivations / impressions
It is not permitted to reproduce the printed objects or parts thereof:
to mold
to scan
to trace
to water
to reproduce
or to derive new files, forms, or products from them


This applies regardless of the material used or the manufacturing process.

❌ No mass or industrial production
Serial, mass or industrial production is not permitted.


4. Attribution / Credits

At:
Social media posts
Sales via Etsy or similar platforms

It is mandatory to name the designer, e.g.:

The mention must be clearly visible (e.g., in the description, not just in hashtags).


5. No third-party trademarks or intellectual property rights

The buyer is responsible for checking whether:
names used
terms
Combinations
Personalizations

possibly infringe on the trademark, name or intellectual property rights of third parties.
The license applies only to the design, not to copyrighted content added by the buyer.

6. Disclaimer

The file is provided "as is".
No liability is accepted for printing errors, misprints or choice of materials.
No guarantee for specific printers, settings, or results.
No liability is accepted for damages arising from the use of the file or the printed objects.

The buyer is responsible for printing settings, material selection, product safety and legal labeling requirements.


7. Right of withdrawal

Since this is a digital product, cancellation after download is excluded, unless otherwise stipulated by law.


8. Breach of contract

Violation of these license terms:
The license expires immediately and automatically.
We reserve the right to take legal action.


9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
