Since I begin working on custom made-to-order items shortly after receiving your order, cancellations may not always be possible. If you placed an order in error or changed your mind after purchasing, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the cancellation is requested after 24 hours and your order is already being made or shipped, the refund will not be accepted.

Can I Exchange for Another or Receive a Refund?

At my shop, I specialize in creating custom made-to-order items tailored to your order. Due to the personalized nature of the products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on my part. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please contact me and I'll address any issues.

Please ensure your name and shipping information are correct. I can only go off the information Etsy supplies me. I'm not responsible for spelling errors provided to me, as I copy the information as provided. Double-check all personalization prior to checkout.

My Order Says Delivered But I Never Received It

Occasionally, the carrier may accidentally mark a package as delivered while it is still on their truck or has been dropped off at the wrong address. The first step is to contact your local post office directly to inquire about the location or fill out a Help Request with the carrier online. If the package still doesn't turn up or they aren't able to help, please reach out to me for the next steps.
