The one image I bought the files for (the one with the spiderweb, the Spidey team, and the two Spider-Bots Trace-E and Twirl-E) is of extremely poor quality. It's not sharp at all, and it's incredibly frustrating. I wanted to print it on a t-shirt...

Our files are created as SVGs, which are normally high-quality and scalable without losing sharpness. It’s possible the issue may be related to how the file was opened or converted before printing. Please send us a message with a screenshot of the file you're using, and we’ll check it for you right away. If there’s any problem from our side, we’ll make sure to fix it or offer you a full refund.
