5" x 8" Junque Journal, Junk Journal for Scrapbooking, Art Journaling, Spiral Bound Mixed Paper Notebook, Chipboard Covers

This isn't your average journal. It's a thick, colorful, handmade junk journal built for getting messy, getting creative, and making something that's completely yours.

Each blank 5 x 8 inch journal is assembled by hand in our Kentucky workshop with heavyweight chipboard front and back covers, bound on a 1-inch black plastic coil that gives you plenty of room to add your own embellishments, ephemera, washi tape, stickers, photos, and whatever else you want to stuff in there. That coil is intentionally oversized so your journal can grow with you.

Inside you'll find approximately 100 mixed sheets, no two journals alike. The page mix includes colorful 60 lb text weight paper in our signature printed patterns (grid, lined, dot grid, swiss dot, honeycomb, and more), crisp 80 lb white lined pages for journaling and note-taking, plus a handful of cardstock sheets for added texture and visual interest. Every journal is a one-of-a-kind mix. The color and pattern combination in yours will be different from anyone else's.

Want to organize your journal into sections? Add our optional chipboard tab dividers. Each set includes six pre-punched dividers with slits so they slide right onto the coil. You can place them anywhere you want and rearrange until you find your perfect layout. Once they're set, they hold securely on the coil. (A quick note: these dividers are designed to be positioned and left in place. Moving them repeatedly will weaken the slits over time, but once they're where you want them, they're not going anywhere.)

Use it as an art journal, scrapbook, smash book, prayer journal, recipe keeper, travel journal, or just a place to dump your thoughts and glue things down. There are no rules here.
A note about color: We photograph our products under professional lighting and do our best to represent colors accurately. That said, every screen displays color a little differently, so what you see on your device may vary slightly from the journal in your hands. The colors in person are vivid and beautiful, they just might not be the exact shade your screen is showing you.
