How soon will my order ship?

Your goodies will be packed up and ready to head your way within 5–7 business days! This is my processing time and doesn’t include the time your order spends traveling to you. I always do my best to get your happy mail on its way as soon as possible.

Does standard shipping include USPS tracking?

Standard shipping is sent via First Class letter mail and does not include full USPS tracking. Etsy will provide a tracking number for your order, but this is generated through Etsy’s tracking system and can only be viewed on Etsy. Updates may be limited or sometimes not update at all, even after your order has been delivered.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

This is completely normal with standard letter mail! Etsy’s tracking does not receive the same scans as a USPS tracked package, so updates can be limited. Your order may still be on its way even if the tracking hasn’t changed.

My order says “pre-transit.” Has it shipped?

Yes! If you’ve received a shipping notification from my shop, your order has been mailed. Standard letter mail doesn’t receive the same scans as USPS packages, so the status may continue to show “pre-transit” while your order is in transit.

Can I upgrade to USPS tracking?

Absolutely! If you’d prefer full USPS tracking, you can upgrade to USPS Ground Advantage – Full Tracking Included at checkout. Your order will be shipped as a package and will include USPS tracking and package scans.

My estimated delivery date has passed. What should I do?

Etsy’s delivery dates are estimates and unfortunately aren’t guaranteed. Occasionally, mail can take a little longer than expected. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for your order to arrive.

My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Sometimes orders are marked delivered shortly before they actually arrive. I recommend allowing another 1–2 business days and checking with anyone else in your household who may have collected the mail. If it still hasn’t turned up, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help.

Can you guarantee delivery by a certain date?

Unfortunately, I’m unable to guarantee delivery dates. I’ll always make sure your order is shipped within my stated processing time, but once it has been handed over to the postal service, transit times and unexpected carrier delays are outside of my control. If you need full tracking, I recommend upgrading to USPS Ground Advantage at checkout.
