How to initiate a return?

Please message me with your order number, reason for the return, and 3+ photos showing the issue (product, design print, or packaging). If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. The address listed on the shop is for letter mail only and cannot receive packages. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please message us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, 3+ clear photos showing: • The full item • A close-up of the issue (print defect, damage, etc.) • The packaging or shipping label if the package arrived damaged This information allows us to quickly verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

How do I choose the correct size?

Why does my order take time to ship?
