Do your digital files work with Silhouette machines? I see you don't offer DXF files.

Yes. Each zip file comes with a studio file that works specifically with Silhouette Studio software and is created using Silhouette Studio.

Do your digital files work with SCAL?

Yes. Each zip file comes with an SVG that can be imported into SCAL. However, if you are using an outdated version of SCAL that is no longer supported by Sure Cuts A Lot developers (versions 1 and 2), we don't recommend purchase because there is no support for your software or any issues that may arise.

I can't upload my digital download. What's the issue?

Simply put, technology sometimes fails us. While rare, there are times when a file may become corrupted and we will need to send you a new .zip file. We're happy to get these over to you with no hassle. Just let us know if you run into an issue uploading to your particular software and we will get you squared away!

Can I resell your digital files?

While we love to support small businesses, we don't allow the reselling of our digital designs. This is a big no. We're happy to allow you to create personal items AND items to physically sell in your small business. We just don't allow the selling of our actual files.

What are your business hours?

We are always available via Etsy Message. However, we do ask that you allow up to 24 hours for a response. We often respond much sooner, but can, at times, be delayed up to 24 hours.
