We are a small family business consisting of two people, me and my partner. We take pride in our packaging to allow for a safe delivery for your new planties :) . Please understand that it is completely normal for a shipped plant to come with a few yellow or dead leaves, especially if shipping to a very hot or cold climate! These are live plants, and I'm always here to assist you! Here at KayKaysplanties we do our best to minimize the stress by working with USPS to minimize the time the plants are in transit. If your plant(s) come damaged, please send photos of the damages within 24 hours of USPS delivery so we can document it and always be sure to assist as best we can.
All orders are shipped USPS ground mail. If the weather in your area is cold please order the "winter shipping insurance" option for your plants shipment.
If your plants arrive damaged by the cold weather during winter, we will issue a refund if you have purchased the winter shipping insurance! Just purchase the winter shipping insurance with your order and up to 6 of the ordered plants will have a money back guarantee in the event they are dead to the cold weather.
If your plants arrive damaged please notify us and send pictures of all the damages within 24 HOURS of delivery. This is super important so we can document that and assist you as they acclimate to your new home! We will do our best to replace them or refund as needed. Thank you for supporting us and please feel free to ask about new items coming!
ALL Order Cancellations must be done within 24hrs of purchase. Orders that are already packaged, prepared, or shipped will not be canceled. As we are taking our time to care for your plants and package them as safely as possible, its unfair to us to try and cancel last minute after we have put tons of hard work into your order. As always with planties, they are all unique and can vary in variegation, size, and leaf amount.
I'm just a small seller everyone! Due to this, KayKaysplanties will not be held responsible for missing packages due to defective address or USPS delivery errors, but please contact us and we would love to assist you!

Fantastic monstera Thai constellation, looking healthier than I imagined a plant shipped in a box might, and even has a new leaf growing! It looks happy and healthy and is already enjoying its slow acclimation to a brighter more humid environment! Also the bonus plant made a lovely additional gift for the person receiving these pretty babies!
This is my go-to Etsy plant shop and has been for a while now. Communication is fast and genuinely helpful, packing is careful, and the plants arrive healthy and well-rooted.
