*NEW CREATION* VINTAGE GLASS INSULATORS clear or aqua with a NEW FENDER Metal Ceiling Plate measuring 2" x 12", 3 wire colors to choose from.
6 Authentic Vintage Clear or Aqua Glass Insulators (2 styles to choose from-please mention your choice with your order). The small dress pieces on the top of the glass insulators will match the color wire you choose unless otherwise noted. The plate that goes up against the ceiling will be black, but if you are wanting a different color, (within reason) please specify with your order.

NEW UL listed porcelain E12 Sockets rated at 75W MAX, Twist Wire, Vintage Authentic Telegraph Glass Insulators. Measures: 27" from ceiling down. This can be adjusted to meet your needs. Please request at checkout.

BULBS are Not Included with the fixture.
Choice of bulbs is up to the buyer, some like them very small and up inside the glass so they can emit light through the glass, others like the bulbs to be sticking out of the bottom. It's a matter of preference but we recommend cool burning to reduce any issues with excessive heat.

For our insulator fixtures one type of bulb we recommend is:
Emery Allen Dimmable 4.5W T3 LED Bulb, E12 Base-MODEL# EA-E12-4.5W-COB-279F-D.

CEILING MOUNTED Light fixture. We are not responsible for any installation or modifications needed for installation of your new fixture. Fixture weighs approx. 15lbs. Anything extra ordinary- (OLD Homes, NEW Construction, Extra heavy, needing addtl framing, lag bolts, long screws, etc.) and may need modifications that we are not responsible for. We recommend your new fixture to be installed by a professional to prevent any issues. If you choose to install your own fixture, we cannot be responsible for any wrongdoings or issues that arise from doing so. We are not responsible for breakage done by using bulbs that are not recommended or from any unseen character flaws in these very old pieces of history. We pick out & use the insulators that look the absolute best that we have on hand. There are many variations in all insulator colors. May vary slightly from pictures. These glass insulators are VERY old & they will not look new. They may come with minor flaws, flea bites, rough lips, etc. all from age, wear and the original pour/mold technique used. We pick out & use the ones that look the absolute best that we have on hand.


Glass insulators are no longer manufactured. Some glass insulators are over 100 years old. Each one is unique. Glass insulators are relics of an old technology found mostly along old rail and abandoned telegraph lines; they have a historical significance to the telecom industry worldwide. The oldest insulators pre-date the Civil War and were produced until the 1970's. Made from reclaimed and re-purposed insulators.

Using incandescent bulbs inside glass pendants/lights is not recommended due to the lack of ventilation and potential overheating. It is safer to use LED bulbs that are specifically designed for enclosed fixtures, as they have safety features to prevent overheating and ensure optimal performance. Always check the specifications and ratings of the bulbs to ensure they are suitable for your specific lighting application.
