Where can I download my digital files once I’ve purchased them?

Your digital template files will be available for download here at www.etsy.com/your/purchases once payment has been confirmed. You should also receive an email with a download link to your files. If you have any issues with your download, please reach out to me and I'll help you. If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an email from Etsy with your download links. If you don't receive an email, be sure to check your junk folder. Send a message if you're unable to locate your files. Please note that you must download from a computer. The Etsy app does not support downloading on devices.

Where do you recommend printing my files?

How do I access my editable template files?

If you purchased an editable Canva template, you will receive a PDF file sent to your Etsy registered email address following your purchase. Follow the link in the PDF to Canva to access and edit your template(s). If you run into any trouble accessing your template, please send me a message and I will be happy to help!

Do you take custom orders?

I am currently accepting custom orders and I'm happy to discuss any requests! Please send me a detailed message with your request and I will let you know if it's something I'm able to take on depending on the type of request and my availability.
