I thru-hiked the NPT in 2023, and it rained 9 out of the 12 days. Wet boots that never seemed to dry out due to a particularly soggy trail (maybe it was a waterway). But I think that’s what made it unforgettable! I never would have imagined a muddier trail than the Long Trail, and yet, I was wrong. By the time I reached the end, I got engaged! This trail will always mean something bigger to me.

I created this map because I couldn’t find one that fit my criteria. I wanted something that showed the full trail, every lean-to, every campsite, and the towns along the way. I used resources like Google Maps, the National Geographic maps, guidebooks, hiker logs, and conversations with locals and other hikers who’ve been out there.

What’s included on the map:
- Full Northville Placid Trail route (end to end)
- All campsites and lean-tos along the trail
- Major lakes like Lake George, Cranberry Lake, Piseco Lake, and more
- Major Highways, interstates, and access points
- Wilderness Areas and Wild Forest regions
- Trail stats: length, elevation gain/loss, highest point, and history
- Trail stewardship info
- NPT Blaze!

Available Options:
- Colors: Moss or NPT Blue
- Sizes: 12x18 or DM for custom 18x24 option

NOTE: All maps are unframed (no mat or frame included). Mockups are just to give you an idea of how it could look styled in your space.

How I use mine:
I frame my maps with foam core behind them and a matching mat so that it becomes a timeless piece of art. I add the foam core so I can use a map pin to mark each place I stayed along the trail as a visual timeline of my hikes—every stop, every night, every memory.

A couple of important notes:
This is for decorative and commemorative purposes only (not for navigation)
