All of our products are printed in-house in the USA. We do not use any third-party printing services. For printing, we use premium high-quality DTF transfers and apply a double print method to help increase durability.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Click on the “Size” menu and choose your product size and type (T-shirt, Sweatshirt, Long Sleeve, etc.).
If a listing includes multiple product types, please make sure you select the correct one. We are not responsible for incorrect selections.
2. Choose your color.
3. Select the quantity.
4. Add the item to your cart.
5. Each item is sold individually, not as a set.
If you would like multiple items (to create a set), please repeat the same steps for each one.

Actual colors may vary slightly.
This is due to differences in screen displays across devices and how colors are perceived.
We use different brands depending on stock availability, including Bella Canvas, Gildan Softstyle, Gildan Heavy Cotton, Next Level, and Laviva.
If you prefer a specific brand, please contact us before placing your order.
Fabric content may vary depending on the color and brand (especially for heather options).
You can message us anytime for exact material details.
Design color selection:
If no personalization option is available, we will choose the design color based on the shirt color:
• Black design/text will be used on light-colored shirts
• White design/text will be used on dark-colored shirts
Some designs are fixed and do not have both light/dark options. Please check listing images carefully—if a design appears dark on a dark shirt, that color will remain the same for all items.

SIZE
• Size charts are available in the listing images
• All products are unisex
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
We recommend comparing the measurements with a shirt you already own for the best fit.
(Ladies: if you prefer a more fitted look, consider ordering one size down.)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Wash inside out using cold or warm water
• Do not bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron directly on the design (iron inside out on low heat if needed)
• Tumble dry on low
If you notice any folding marks on the design, you can place a baking sheet over it while ironing.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
After processing:
• Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
• Priority shipping: 2–3 business days
• Express shipping: 1–2 business days

If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers and cannot guarantee delivery dates once the item has been shipped. During holidays, shipping times may be longer.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges since all items are made to order
• Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase
