Yes, we do ship our internationally! Duties/taxes/VAT/import/handling fees are NOT included in your order total. All international packages returned to Indream because duties/taxes/VAT/import/handling fees were not paid will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want my clients to be happy, so report me if you have any problems. • If you receive an item you did not order or if an item you ordered is received damaged (we will ask for a photo though), we will issue a full refund for you or replace it with identical one. • If you receive an item in good condition but for some reason you want to send it back and get a refund, shipping costs are not refundable. • Refund will be provided after receiving the item. • Don't want to wait till packages come back to us? - Send us the scan or photo of shipping receipt of the package - we'll proceed you return / exchange immediately If you are not satisfied with your items / service for any reason, please contact me with the problem before leaving a feedback.

All items will be carefully packaged and sent within 1-5 business days after payment is received! (Some items may need more time. If processing time is more than 7 days - you will find it in item description ) Shipping address: • Please make sure your shipping address is correct during the checkout. I will send your package to this address and not the Paypal one. Terms & Delivery time: • Shipping usually takes about 2-4 weeks. Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time. Here are approximate terms of shipping: - USA: 1,5 - 2,5 weeks - Canada: 2-3 weeks - Australia: 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on work of Australian custom) - Europe: 1-2 weeks

• All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Kiev, Ukraine. It includes tracking number (it will be sent in e-mail notification). Each package has delivery confirmation. Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: USA, Germany, UK, France, Italy and Australian post. So I can track your package only while it's in Ukraine. • Express shipping via EMS is available upon request. Please contact me if you need it before placing an order, so we can adjust shipping prices.

This means if you pay via Paypal e-checks there could be delay in 3-5 business days. You can check the status of your payment in your Paypal account or in the correspond invoice.

• If your package was returned to us as unclaimed we'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order. • Redelivery will cost $6 -12, depends on weight.

• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 40 days from posting date and tracking does not work. • We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own. • All packages are insured and we hold all the responsibility for the claims. • While the claim is being proceeded, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.

Hand washing at 30 ° C is recommended. Please, remove chains on shorts with chains before washing. It is possible to wash in the washing machine not more than 30 minutes in the mode "Delicate washing". Only the softest detergents can be used. Wash without pre-soaking
