How are your Shirts/ Sweatshirts made?

All of our shirts and sweatshirts are printed by hand on Brother DTG Printers using eco-friendly water-based inks. Most of our prints have a very nice soft feel to them, meaning they feel like they are part of the shirt/sweatshirt. We never use vinyl for our products so our prints do not flake or peel in the wash. Like most products that are printed some very light fading may occur after the first wash but our prints are made to hold up for the life of the shirt/sweatshirt. For our shirts that are dark colors, ie: Dark Grey Heather, Maroon, Navy, Etc. we use an eco friendly non toxic pre-treatment that allows the white ink to hold up, if the front of your shirt feels rough, simply give it a wash and the softness will come right back.

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry No-Nos: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean. We always suggest washing your item before first use, please try to follow the washing instructions above. We also provide a care instruction card with your purchase.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or personalized shirts. All custom orders are final sale. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to us. We're here to help!

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your order being placed. Customized items with personalization (such as a name or date) are not eligible for return or exchange. Large orders are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping. For exchanges, shipping must be covered both ways.
