For sale is this lot of 7 pieces of antique porcelain china made in occupied Japan and stamped on the bottom in green ink "M.K. MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN" with the green wreath factory markings. I believe that this was made in the Meito or Meiko china factory and hand painted. The pattern has very brightly colored floral sprays of flowers done in pink, blue, yellow and orange with pale green leaves and a scrolled border done in tan and light green. These pieces are also trimmed in gold on the outer & inner edge of the saucers and the creamer on the handle, top rim and just above the band of white separating the cream band above. The gold trim is also the same on the double handled sugar bowl. This lot of antique china from unoccupied Japan consists of the following pieces:

(5) Saucers measures approx. 4-1/2" across (cream color background/white center floral sprays w/tan green scroll edging).
Condition: No chips or cracks or crazing. Some slight wear on the gold trim in some areas and dark specks in the porcelain from the manufacturing process but the colors are just stunning and the detail is amazing!

(1) Double handled sugar bowl/dish with NO lid. Measures approx. 4-3/4" from handle to handle and stands 3" tall with an opening of 1-1/2"
Condition: No cracks, chips or crazing with the gold trim in beautiful condition showing little to no wear. Some minor discoloration on the bottom (see pict.)

(1) Creamer measuring approx. 3-3/4" across from spout to handle and a tad over 3" tall with an opening of 1-3/4".
Condition: No cracks, chips or crazing with the gold trim in beautiful condition showing little to no wear. There is a small dab of orange (under the glaze) to the right of the handle, from the painting process. See pict. #2.

This as an extremely old set that has survived all these years and is still in amazing condition!
