All our jewels are made by hand, most of them are made to order.
Your order will ship from France within a production time of 1 to 5 days.

The average delivery timeframe is :

- France : 1 to 4 days
- Europe : 3 to 12 days (maximum 15 days)
- United States & Canada : 6 to 21 days (maximum 30 days)
- Australia & Japan : 12 to 30 days (maximum 40 days)

/!\ IMPORTANT : if you need your order by a specific date, please take into account the processing time + the maximum shipping timeframe when placing the order ! That means allowing for a maximum delivery time of :
- 20 days for Europe
- 35 days for US & Canada
- 45 days for Australia & Japan

Express delivery : we are sorry but there is currently no faster shipping option at an affordable rate. We have been trying to make it available but the rates are just not cost-effective in regards to our pricing range and weight (would cost 2x to 4x the value of our jewels).

GIFT ORDERS : All our jewels will come individually packaged and ready-to-gift. If you need to differentiate multiple gifts please leave us a note so we can add labels on each package, as the packages are sealed.
/!\ Please keep in mind the maximum delivery timeframe + the processing time when placing an order for a special event !

TRACKING : All packages have a tracking number. You can check the tracking of your order anytime by clicking the "Track Package" button on your Etsy Purchase page.

IMPORTANT : Please always double-check and make sure your address on file is accurate when placing an order. You can register multiple addresses on Etsy, so if your order is a gift for someone else, simply select "Ship to a New Adress".

FAILED DELIVERIES : If you provided an incomplete or incorrect address, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from it., and we cannot make any corrections once the package has shipped.
The goods can only be re-shipped once they have been safely returned to us, and re-shipping costs will incur. Please note that international "Returns to sender" can be excessively slow (up to 3 months) so it is highly preferable to avoid them.

ABOUT DELIVERY ISSUES :
Our packages are no-sign-required deliveries (except with orders over 150$). The package will be delivered in your mailbox, or in person, or at your reception desk/building manager.

What to do in case of a non-delivery and lack of tracking info :
- Check if the maximum delivery timeframe for your country has passed (timeframes are stated above).
- If the latest tracking update places the package in your area, please visit or call your post office and make necessary inquiries prior to contacting us, as we cannot contact your local Post from here.
- In the case of a package undelivered after the maximum delivery timeframe for your country has passed, please contact us so we can investigate and provide information.
- After 45 days, if the package still hasn't resurfaced, you will be offered a refund or a replacement.
Thefts and losses actually happen rarely with tracked packages. Before jumping to any conclusion, let's make sure that all steps above have been taken :)

PLEASE NOTE : in the case of tracking showing package as "Delivered", we cannot cover refund or replacement, as tracking serves as proof of delivery and we cannot investigate or be held responsible for after-delivery theft. If you have experienced delivery issues in the past, we recommend requesting shipping insurance when ordering online, and filing a mail theft report to your local postal inspector (information can be found online).
