This is listing for Gold Metal Frames and some Silver Metal Frames. The frames are in various sizes listed below and are perfect for framing your pictures. Frames can be horizontal or vertical. All frames have glass. No glass is cracked or has visible chips showing from the picture area. Each piece of glass may have one or more corner and/or edge chips. The gold/silver finish may have wear. The frame may have dents. The back of each frame has a card board slide and stand. It might be the case where a frame you purchase would need an additional piece of matting board or paper to make the glass a tight fit in the frame.

At any given time the frame selection can change and what is pictured may not reflect the current inventory. If you are looking for a particular style, please email me and let me know your preferences.

Please note: The selections are for gold tone frames unless marked as silver tone. If you choose a silver tone frame, they are not necessarily anything like the frames in the pictures, since the pictured frames are all gold tone.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
The shop owner can edit the address prior to shipping the box. Simply email the shop owner with the correct address. If the shop owner has already shipped the order, the shop owner is unable to redirect a box in transit with a shipper. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the additional shipping incurred to secure the box.

What if the box is lost, stolen or missing?
The Etsy shipping confirmation email contains the package tracking number. The buyer assumes responsibility for tracking the package and securing possession of the package at the predicted time of delivery. If the buyer is unable to be present to accept the package personally at delivery the buyer should call the shipper to arrange for a hold.
The buyer should contact the shipping agent to report a lost, stolen or missing box, call the police to file a report, call Etsy directly at 844-659-3879 to report the package lost, stolen or missing, and email the owner through Etsy email. There is no insurance coverage for a lost, stolen, or missing box. The shop owner does not reimburse a lost, stolen or missing order.

What if there is breakage?
The shop owner packs items carefully to ensure your order arrives without damage. Since the shop owner has no control over the box after handing the box to a qualified shipper, there are steps in place in order to recoup damages due to shipping. The buyer has the following responsibility to recoup losses due to damage in shipping:

Email shop with details of item purchased and damage that has occurred.
To the email notifying the shop: attach a picture of the box, a picture of the damaged item in the wrapping, and a picture of the item out of the wrapping. Take the last picture carefully as broken items are generally glass and shattered.

What if the box is returned to sender/shop owner?
If the item is returned to the shop owner at no fault of the shop owner, the buyer has two options. First option: If the buyer wants the item, the buyer will go through Etsy check-out to purchase shipping. The cost of the listing will be $5 + the cost of the return to sender + the cost of the re-direct shipping back to buyer. Second option: The buyer can cancel and request a refund. The shop owner will refund the buyer minus $5 and minus the cost of the original shipping and minus the cost of the return to sender.

Custom and personalized orders
Can I combine orders? Yes, the shop can combine orders.
Can I purchase one item in a listing? No, the owner sells sets and does not sell one item from a set. The buyer can email the owner and ask for a specific item. The owner may have multiples of items listed.

What if the item is not as described?
The shop owner discloses flaws to the best of their ability in the item description. If there are additional questions about flaws or any questions about the item description including additional measurements or pictures, the buyer should email the shop owner through Etsy email.
The shop owner does not claim that coloring is accurate in photography due to unique lighting and camera settings from picture to picture and listing to listing. If the buyer has any questions about item descriptions and item pictures, the buyer should email the shop owner through Etsy email so the shop owner can clarify to the best of their ability.

What if there is a delay in shipping?
The shop owner retains the right to ship your order at anytime. Etsy provides a predicted shipping date at time of purchase. However, there are circumstances that impact shipping and thus impact the date of shipping. Examples of those situations are availability of appropriate packaging and using an alternate qualified shipping agent such as FedEx.
The shop owner has no control of the box after the box is delivered to a qualified shipping agent and assumes no responsibility for the date of delivery. If the buyer wants to ensure a date of delivery, the buyer should arrange to pay for the extra shipping fees incurred prior to going thru Etsy Check-Out by emailing the owner through Etsy email.

I ordered two frames, they came packaged very securely, fast shipping, and responsive seller. I wanted to use the frames for my gallery wall, they don’t include hanging hardware but I tore off the back flap that allows them to stand upright and they are able to hang flat on a wall using a nail and the edge of the frame.

I got two lovely mismatched frames for my art wall. The seller accidentally sent them to the wrong address, but quickly follow-up with me and made sure the package made it to me.
