Custom orders are most welcome. Let us personalize your item just for you. We can change the text and font color of the graphic to whatever you would like, just be sure to add your specifications to the personalization section.

What is my package is lost/stolen/delayed?

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Once it leaves our shop, we really can’t control the delivery times by your local postal services or how they handle packages. If you cannot find a package marked as "delivered" check with your local post office for more in-depth answers. We will not issue refunds for items marked as delivered.

I accidentally ordered with the wrong address/shipping info. Can you update it?

If you order with an incorrect mailing address, please let me know ASAP. We try to accommodate all address changes immediately. We will not be held responsible for packages being mailed to incorrect addresses that were inputted at checkout.

How to leave an Etsy review
