The design and quality is not at all what I was expecting and looks absolutely nothing like the photo. And to add insult, the company offered a 50% refund when the return policy doesn’t outline any specific restrictions to refund and appears to have an easy return policy. Definitely do not recommend and will not be purchasing anything further from this company. Terrible customer service. And it’s said because I was really excited about this purchase and was looking at other bags to buy in the near future.
