I really like the design and the cap itself feels good quality. Unfortunately, mine arrived with a visible embroidery defect on one of the mascot’s eyes, so the item wasn’t perfect. That said, the seller handled the issue very quickly and fairly with a full refund and no return required. Great customer service.
