There's a problem with my order, help!

While I generally do not accept returns, I want you to be happy with your art. If your item arrives damaged, isn't what you were expecting, or something just goes wrong, please snap a quick photo and send me a message as soon as you can so I can make it right.

Are your prints framed/can I order a framed print?

No, all linocut and art prints are sold unframed. The frames shown in my product photos are for display inspiration only. All prints are sized as 5x7 or 8x10, so should fit neatly in a standard frame of your choosing, though!

How are your items made?

All items are made by me in my home studio in Seattle, WA, from the initial design to the final product. All art and designs are entirely human-made.

How durable are your stickers?

All stickers and sticker sheets are printed on high-quality water-resistant matte vinyl and laminated with water-resistant laminate. They are not UV-resistant, and as such are not recommended for outdoor use, and are best suited for indoor use on surfaces like laptops, water bottles, notebooks, and phone cases. I would also recommend hand-washing water bottles with stickers to keep your stickers looking fresh.

Custom and personalized orders

I make everything myself, so aspects of some products can be customized. Please contact me here on Etsy before placing an order to discuss customization: STICKERS (bulk orders only): Size and finish can be customized (matte/holographic). Designs from sticker sheets can also be made into individual stickers. BUTTONS/MAGNETS: Can be customized with any sticker design with any background color. These can be made individually and do not need to be purchased in bulk. EARRINGS/KEYCHAINS: Can be customized with any sticker design or bead color from available beads (for earrings). These can be made individually as well. I am currently closed for entirely custom art commissions, though this is something I'm hoping to offer soon!

If you'd like to purchase items in bulk for personal use, events, or for other non-retail purposes, please message me here on Etsy first to discuss before placing your order! I am happy to offer a discount on bulk orders, but am unable to do so on orders already placed.

All orders, domestic and international, are shipped with USPS. International orders are handed off to local mail services upon arrival to your country. All orders ship with tracking! Orders are generally brought to the post office on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please be aware that it can take 24 hours or so for your tracking to update.

Sticker, greeting card, and bookmark order tracking

Orders containing only stickers and/or greeting cards and/or bookmarks are shipped through USPS letter mail via Pitney Bowes, a service which allows for tracking letter mail. This system relies on letters being scanned as they move through sorting machines, which doesn't always happen perfectly, and can sometimes cause quirks in tracking. Letter tracking may show your order as "delivered" when it arrives at your local post office, rather than your address. It will usually arrive in your mailbox by the next day. If it's been more than 2 business days since it was marked delivered and you still don't have it, please message me here on Etsy so we can figure out a solution.

Order returned to sender

If your order is returned to me by USPS due to an incorrect address, being left unclaimed, or for any other reason, I will reach out to you via Etsy messages as well as the email address on your order (provided I don't hear from you first) to coordinate reshipment. Please note that buyers are responsible for the cost of the new shipping label. If I have not heard back from you within 5 business days, I will go ahead and issue a refund for the cost of the items that were returned to me, provided they remain in saleable condition. I always ship to the exact address on the order, so please note that in cases of incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or refused deliveries, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Minimal or zero-waste packaging options

I tend to include a small freebie sticker and thank you card in most orders, but if you prefer a minimal package with no extras, just leave a "note to seller" during checkout or send me a message here on Etsy right after you place your order to let me know and I'll leave those out. Please note that I'll still include a packing slip to add structure to the package, and a protective sleeve/inner packaging to protect your item(s). All of my packaging is completely recyclable in most areas, and I would encourage you to recycle or reuse all parts of the packaging.

This bookmark is 6 inches long x 2.5 inches wide. Bookmarks are printed on premium double-layered heavy cardstock (approx. 140 lb/380 gsm). Bookmarks come with an attached satin tassel. Bookmarks feature the animal art on the front side, and a complimentary solid color on the back. Designed, printed, and assembled by hand in the Pacific Northwest.
