*WHOA* These heels are an absolute showstopper. Navy & Red featuring a pierced heart on each peep toe, gold hearts on the side, and tiny dangling hearts on each wrap strap. . RIght Bank was founded in the early 70s by Donald J Pliner and later founded the Right Bank Shoe Company in the 80s.
