It generally takes 5-12 weeks from the time the order is placed for you to receive the plant, but it may take longer, especially during winter months. Acclimated plants are shipped in soil or substrate, while bare root plants are shipped bare root wrapped in moss. We offer a Premium Select option for top picks from each batch (better roots, leaves, or variegation). Feel free to reach out with any questions.
We do our best to ensure plants arrive healthy; however, minor cosmetic damage (leaf bruising, yellowing) can occur in shipping. This will not affect the future growth of the plant. Availability and pricing may change at any time, and a restocking fee of 10-15% may apply for canceled orders. Thank you for joining our exclusive pre-order club!

We ship plants only Mon-Wed for air packages and Mon-Tue for ground. We may hold packages due to weather. Contact us before purchase if you have specific needs. See terms below.
Plants are shipped bare root to continental US only. We typically use UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, or Next-Day Air to minimize transit damage. Heat packs, winter insulation, and shipping upgrades are available separately. If weather is too cold and winter shipping isn't purchased, we may hold the package. Conditions of roots and leaves may vary. For imported plants, some roots may be acclimating; minor leaf or root damage can happen. These factors do not affect the plant's health or future growth.
For pre-orders, the plant shown in the pictures is generally representative, but the actual item may vary due to genetic or other factors. Some plants or hybrids may have multiple or unaccepted names. Review photos carefully and research before buying. This is a final sale.
