-We do not accept returns unless items are damaged. Every one of our sweaters are made to order and customized just for you. Please make sure that you communicate explicitly any questions or concerns you have before placing your order. Due to lighting, phone screens, or monitor settings, colors may be slightly off.
We use Adult Unisex Gildan sweatshirt and Tshirt. These sweatshirts are very comfortable and cozy to wear and are fleece lined. Sweatshirts are 50% polyester and 50% cotton. Tshirts are 100% heavy cotton.
These sweatshirts are unisex fit and are mainly true to size but if you'd like a more oversized fit then you can go up a size. If you'd like for it to have a more fitted fit, then go down one size. If for any reason this brand is unavailable to me, We will use a similar brand like Jerzees or Hanes which have a very similar feel and size.
Our design is made in between 6 and 7.5 inches depends on shirt size. If you need bigger size please contact us.
- Machine wash warm, inside out (to protect the embroidery), with like colors. Tumble dry-low. Medium iron. Don't iron decoration. Don't dry clean.
Processing times depend on the designs, I put an estimate of 2 - 4 business days.
