Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of Kaiser FC on Etsy

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via our Etsy shop "Kaiser FC". By purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

2. Conclusion of Contract
A contract between the buyer and Kaiser FC is concluded as soon as an order is completed via Etsy and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if they do not comply with our policies.

3. Personalized Products
Most of our products are personalized and made individually for the customer. Therefore, the following applies to personalized items:

No right of return, except in the case of an error on our part (e.g., incorrect printing or a defective product).
The customer must inform us of any defect or error within 7 days of receiving the item.
If a claim is justified, we will either offer a replacement at our expense or a refund.
4. Non-Personalized Products – Right of Withdrawal
For non-personalized items, the statutory right of withdrawal of the EU applies:

Customers can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging and unused.
If the item is returned damaged or in a non-resalable condition, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate fee for the reduction in value or to refuse the refund.
The costs for the return shipment are borne by the buyer.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Our production time is usually 24 to 48 hours, depending on the order volume.
All shipments are provided with a tracking number to track the shipping status.
Once the package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, the responsibility for delays or damage lies with the shipping company.
If a package is lost during transport, we will assist the buyer in clarifying the case but are not responsible for replacements or refunds unless it is insured shipping.
6. Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the item goes into production. Once the production of a personalized product has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
If a cancellation is made before production begins, the purchase price will be fully refunded.
7. Disclaimer

We assume no liability for delays or damage during shipping.
Minor color deviations between the product images and the actual item are possible and do not constitute a reason for complaint.
