These 3D printed bottle retention loops are designed specifically for triathletes running BTA (between-the-arms) and behind-the-saddle hydration setups where bottle ejection can ruin a race. The lightweight elastic retention system adds an extra layer of security without slowing down access to your bottle.

Each loop uses durable shock cord tension combined with a low-profile printed anchor that mounts cleanly to your existing cage setup. The flexible loop design allows quick one-handed bottle removal while helping prevent launches over bumps and potholes.

Instructions:
* Loosen and remove the top bolt of your bike cage
* Place mount tab under cage
* Re-install the bolt and cage
* Place preferred bottle size in cage
* Pull retention loop up over spout
* Extra length has been left on the cord to allow for full customization
* Tie a secure knot once preferred tension has been identified
* Cut off excess, but leave some extra for initial testing
* Once settled on a tension, you can pull the cord very tight to secure the knot and cut close to it.
* If you’re comfortable with a flame, burn the tip of the cord after cutting to prevent fraying
