Personalized Designs & Custom Creations

All products can be customized! If you have any specific requests, please write them in the Personalization section. Additionally, I create fully unique and custom designs at no extra cost. I love bringing creative ideas to life and turning my customers’ dreams into reality!

Once you describe your dream design, if I have the necessary materials, all you need to do is purchase any item from my store. Once the product is ready, I will send you a photo for approval, and after your confirmation, I will proceed with shipping.

Each product is one of a kind! Every piece is shaped by hand without molds, baked, polished, and carefully packaged. Your product will be placed in a small pouch inside a metal box and sealed with branded paper tapes featuring my workshop's logo. Additionally, every order includes a matching pair of earrings or a pin as a gift. Inside the package, you will also find care instructions and a discount coupon.

⚠️ Important Note: Since all products are hand-shaped without molds, slight variations may occur. Additionally, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.

Choosing the Right Product:

Popsockets PopGrip (Swappable): A classic phone grip with both top and bottom parts. The top piece is removable for wireless charging. You can also purchase a PopTop separately to swap the design without removing the base. You can order a PopGrip first and a PopTop later, or buy both in one order.

Popsockets Phone Grip (Fixed Top):
This is a one-piece Popsockets grip with a non-removable top. It’s not swappable like the PopGrip, but it’s made with the same high-quality Popsockets material.

Popsockets PopTop: This is only the top piece and cannot be used alone. It is suitable for those who already have a PopGrip or a Popsockets base.

MagSafe Unbranded: A strong magnetic phone grip. It attaches securely to your device and must be slid off with slight force. It requires a magnetic phone case or a magnetic ring. If you don’t have one, simply write "I need a magnetic ring" in the Personalization section when ordering.

Unbranded Phone Grip: A standard phone grip model, locally produced with no brand name or logo. It is suitable for those looking for an affordable, standard-quality product. For premium quality, you may opt for Popsockets-branded products.

Phone Grip Information

Please note that neither branded nor unbranded phone grips are products made by us.

The phone grip you select is purchased according to your preference and attached to the back of the handmade lip piece. Since the phone grips are not manufactured by us, we cannot guarantee their durability, adhesive strength, or long-term performance.

Unbranded Phone Grip:
Our unbranded phone grips are sourced for under $1, so we attach them to your lip piece at no additional cost.

Branded Phone Grip:
If you prefer a more durable phone grip, you can choose a branded PopSockets® option from the available choices.

Want to attach your own Phone Grip?
If you prefer not to have anything attached to the back of your lip piece and would rather use a phone grip of your own choice, select “Unbranded Phone Grip / No Brand Phone Grip” and write “Please do not attach a phone grip” in the personalization box. We will leave the back of the lip piece free for you to attach your own phone grip.

If Your Phone Grip Breaks

If the phone grip attached to your lip piece breaks and you would like to remove it and replace it with another one, place the piece in a shallow container of water with the water level reaching the phone grip and the area where it is attached.

Do not submerge the lip piece itself. Only the phone grip and the attachment area should be in the water.

Leave it in the water overnight. The adhesive should soften, allowing you to carefully separate the phone grip from the back of the lip piece using a knife. Once removed, you can attach a new phone grip of your choice.

Return & Exchange Policy

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Horned designs are not part of my regular collection because the horns can be fragile during shipping. However, if requested, I can still create horned designs upon the customer’s request. Please note that I am not responsible for any damage to horns that may occur during transit.

For non-customized and non-personalized items, returns are accepted only if the buyer covers the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, it must be reported on the same day as delivery. In such cases, the item can be replaced with the same design, but refunds are not available.

Damage reported several days after delivery is not eligible for replacement, even if the item is damaged, as it may have been dropped, impacted, or damaged after delivery. Shipping insurance provided by the carrier becomes invalid after the delivery date. Customers must provide proof that the damage occurred during transit on the day of delivery in order for the shipping carrier’s compensation coverage to apply.
