Can I get a proof of my personalized item.

Yes, We can send a JPG files of the digital image so you can proof the spelling, placement, etc. Please respond quickly once this has been received so we know whether or not to make changes or make it as is. If you do not respond within 24 hours to the mockup, we will proceed with the the image provided and ship.

Can I cancel or return a custom or personalized item?

Custom and personalized orders can not be cancelled or returned. If I have made an error than I will obviously replace it. Please be sure to check your spelling on all custom orders.

When should I order for the holidays?

Due to deadlines set by the Post Office and other shipping companies, I suggest ordering prior to mid-December to make sure your items are received in time. Look at our shop to see actual deadlines as they change each year.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

MojaveDesertGold is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier or stolen -- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

I love my personalized sleeve for my large Mah Jongg card! There were so many designs and fonts to choose from. The one I selected is so pretty! I was hoping to get one for my sister-in-law for her standard size card, so I wrote to Kelly and she replied immediately!
