While we strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, delivery times are ultimately determined by USPS. Etsy provides an estimated delivery date, but please keep in mind that this is just an estimate and actual delivery times may vary based on factors like shipping delays or weather conditions. Return, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Returns:
We accept returns only if the item is damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was sent. In these cases, we’ll happily provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or incorrect item, and we will resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges:
We also offer exchanges if you’d like to swap your item for a different size, color, or style. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. The item must be in new, unused condition.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we are unable to process cancellations due to the fulfillment process.
