The patch itself is nice and exactly as described. I ordered from this shop because it was listed as being located in Katy, Texas, and the estimated delivery window fit the timeframe I needed. Unfortunately, the last day of the estimated delivery window came and went with no package. When I contacted the seller, they couldn't provide an actual delivery date and only asked me to wait another 10 days. It also appeared I was communicating with someone in outside of Texas and the order did not end up shipping from Texas. I frequently choose Texas-based sellers because shipping is usually much faster and arrives within the promised timeframe. That wasn't the case here. If delivery timing is important to you, be aware that your order may arrive later than the estimated date.

I was super excited to get these, and I was a little disappointed when I opened the package to find that there was no pink in my daughter’s name, and I had been expecting there to be, because the color scheme I picked had pink in it. I feel like it’s partly my fault because I didn’t ask or specify, I just assumed it would look like the picture. But it didn’t, and now I might not have them before school starts. Other than that, they are beautiful and turned out great, and well made. I am ordering more in a different color scheme this time to ensure there is pink in her name. Bummer, but I’ll just use these on something other than her backpack. 🤷🏼‍♀️
