• ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPMENTS •
Due to Etsy's set up, we're unable to adjust for higher shipping costs outside the continental U.S. If your item is being shipped here, we may contact you regarding additional payment for shipping, or you may cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED? •
Orders are shipped either via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery®, or FedEx 2Day® and will deliver within the stated time frames noted above.

• WHAT EXPEDITED SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER? •
Express shipping (FedEx 2Day®) is an upgrade available for most items at checkout. Note that Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays are not counted as transit time. Example: An order placed Tuesday before midnight CST will deliver by Friday, assuming there are no federal holidays.

• CAN YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? •
At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada only.

Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail and are expected to arrive within 6-14 business days. Lifetime Creations is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties charged upon delivery.

Orders for bar mirrors are prohibited from shipping outside the continental US.

• UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES •
If a package is returned back to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to re-send the items. In some cases, this may be higher than the shipping amount originally paid.

• CHANGE OF ADDRESS •
If the address you provided at checkout is incorrect, please contact us before midnight CST the same day as your transaction in order to cancel your order. You will need to re-purchase the item and provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

• HOW TO PERSONALIZE •
- Items are personalized based on the specifications listed under each product page's "Description". Any requests for additional customizations will be disregarded unless previously agreed upon.
- You can purchase the item to move forward. Include your personalization instructions in your cart where it reads "Add a note to Lifetime Creations".
- Your instructions are engraved exactly as you enter them
- Do not include quotation marks unless you want them engraved
- Confirm all spelling is accurate before submitting. Items will only be replaced if there is an error on our end.
- Custom bar mirrors and custom artwork orders will be sent a digital proofs
- Orders including any profanity or that are offensive or vulgar in nature will automatically be cancelled/refunded at the sole discretion of Lifetime Creations.

You're welcome to include a note to the recipient - include this when ordering. Packing slips do not contain any pricing information.
