Can I change the delivery information?

Orders are prepared quickly, so I cannot guarantee that your request will be processed in time to make a modification. However, please contact me as soon as possible to handle your request.

Can I add, remove or modify a product from my order?

If you have placed your order and finally want to add, delete or modify a product please contact me. Please note that if the order has been prepared and the label generated, no changes can be made to the order.

How do I know where my order is?

When you place your order you will receive a first confirmation email after purchase. As such, once we ship your order, you will receive another email with a tracking number attached so that you can be kept informed of the status of your shipment at all times.

My order has been returned, what should I do?

If your order has been returned, it means that the delivery could not be completed due to a problem during the shipping process. Please note that if the package is returned, you will have to pay again to arrange a new shipment. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. As the buyer, you are responsible for tracking your package to keep you informed of its status and avoid future mishaps.

Can I make an exchange, return or cancellation?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order*. It is important that the product is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. To complete your exchange or return, proof of purchase and a photograph of the product before and after packaging will be required. Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will process the exchange or return. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipment to our studio and will bear the cost of the return shipment. It is advisable to use a certified type of shipping with tracking, we are not responsible for loss or damage during the return. Only orders that have not been shipped can be canceled.

What to do if my product arrives damaged?

Within 24 hours you must contact the courier company and follow the steps of their damage claim process; In addition, you must send an email to hello.patriciainvernon@gmail.com stating your name, your order reference number, a brief description of the damage and attach the following photographs: 1) the outside of the box (clearly showing the package address label and any visible damage to the box), 2) all packaging and wrapping inside the box, 3) the items received, 4) the damaged items. Without this information, we will not be able to escalate this damage claim on our end.

Can I place a customized order?

Custom orders are accepted. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

How do I know when a product is back in stock?

Subscribe to the Newsletter that you will find on our website and activate post notifications on Instagram! This way you will be up to date on new product releases and store updates. You can also contact us through Etsy private messages, we will be happy to assist you.

How do I take care of my pieces?

Preserve the beauty, shine and durability of your pieces. If you have purchased a mug, you need to know that it is microwave and dishwasher-safe, although I recommend washing it by hand to safeguard the piece for as long as possible. If you have chosen to purchase one of our paint palettes, the best option is to clean it with a damp sponge or cloth to remove pigment buildup and help keep it looking its best after using tempera, acrylics, oils or watercolors.

How will the new US tariff policy affect my order?

The US government has announced the global suspension of the de minimis regime as of August 29, 2025. The de minimis regime is a customs provision that allows the importation of low-value goods (generally up to USD 800 per shipment) without the payment of tariffs or the submission of a formal import declaration. Under Donald Trump's new executive order, all shipments that were previously exempt under this regime, regardless of their value, country of origin, or means of transport, will be subject to applicable duties, taxes, and fees.
