CONDITION:
ENAMEL: very good condition with zero chips, cracks, or discoloration.
SILVER: tarnish/patina as found, this has not been polished and retains it's decades of undisturbed oxidation.
The spring ring is secure and works as intended.

DESIGN
The Front Artistry: Features three vibrant, opaque celestial blue enameled oval links framed by hand-painted pink roses and green leaves.
The Sterling Rose Links: Four deeply sculpted, heavy sterling silver rose panels between each enamel piece.
The Hidden Reverse Icons: Unlike standard flat-backed pieces, the reverse side of each of the 4 roses features an intricately detailed, die-struck Catholic devotional medallion.
1) Mater Dolorosa (Our Lady of Sorrows) in a somber, heavy veil profile.
2) Saint Anthony of Padua, patron saint of lost things, holding the Infant Jesus.
3) Our Lady of San Juan de los Lagos (Immaculate Conception) encased in her iconic, rigid triangular gown set against a magnificent celestial sunburst mandorla.
4) Our Lady of Grace (The Miraculous Medal) complete with the crisp, readable English inscription: "OH MARY CONCEIVED WITHOUT SIN PRAY FOR US."
