5 out of 5 starsArrived well packaged for travel, and promptly. Item exactly as described : ) Pretty enough to display as decoration and ideal for rolling out a sheet of cookies to cut into individual rectangles for serving or storing.

I needed a special roller for my Cafe, GroundOpsTLH (on IG). I make my own shortbread cookies for the homemade banana pudding. I wanted my logo on each cookie, and now I have it. The quality of the product is superb, and the customer service was exceptional. Great product and a great experience.

The snowflake rolling pin is a joy to simply behold, let alone use. A perfect choice for molded cookies like springerle if you would like to make your own cutout shapes. I did take the liberty of finishing the rolling pin with food-grade polymerized linseed oil to ensure its protection. If you choose to do this, the best applicator in this particular case would be a woven roller (1/4”-3/8” nap—3/8” ideal) no wider than 4”. Whatever drying oil you use, make *sure* it is food-safe (I use Tried and True Danish oil). Another food-safe option would be shellac; I used a drying oil simply because it’s easier to apply and clean up.
