Due to the nature of this business, and the development of personalized products from start to finish, there are no returns or exchanges. However, if the item you receive is in error due to an issue on our end, let us know and we will gladly correct the order.

Shipping policies

We ship USPS Priority and all packages are tracked. We don't really offer an expedited shipping option since our production time is quick already, but if you need it quicker, message us prior to placing your order. We can always work something out.

All orders are handled, packaged, and addressed with absolute care to ensure that we've done EVERYTHING we can to avoid shipping delays or mishaps.

Additional policies

Working Hours: Mon-Friday, usually evening hours, sometimes weekends.....sometimes 3am. If you contact us, you will get a timely response.
