HOW TO ORDER

Step 1)

Choose how many pieces you want by selecting the “Set of XX w/ Env.” option under Styles. Then select which Envelope Color you want. For Digital Files Only, select Digital Files Only.

Step 2)

Add the listing to your cart and leave the following information in the “Notes to Seller” section before checking out. Please make sure the information provided to us is in the format listed as this will ensure a quick and smooth process:

a. Guest of Honor Name(s)
b. Age
c. Date
d. Time
e. Name of Location (If applicable)
f. Address
g. RSVP Location (E-mail, website, phone, etc.)

Step 3)

Digital Files Only: Receive files within 1-2 business days
Printed: Receive proofs within 1-2 business days

Step 4)

Once you’ve confirmed and finalized the wording, your invitations will go into print. This process takes from 1-3 business days. If you are in a rush, please send us a message before you purchase to confirm if we can make it for your timeline.

Step 5)

Your order will ship via USPS First-Class Mail (2-5 business days) FREE of charge. We also have the option for you to pay for upgraded USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (1-3 business days)

Here at SoInLuxe, our customer's satisfaction is our top priority which is why we offer a limited 60-day support for all digital file purchases. If you need any minor adjustments, wording edit, printing sizes, or even card stock suggestions, please don't hesitate to send us a message!

If you are purchasing a printed version and need revisions, a fee ranging from 10% to 50% may apply depending on which stage of print your order is in. No fees will be required for revision requests made before your order has gone into print.
