Wipe the surface gently with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove oils or dirt. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Do not soak tiles in water, as this may affect the finish.

These mahjong tiles are custom printed and may include small handmade or production-related variations. The tiles are hand-carved and hand-colored, so slight inconsistencies are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Slight surface ink overflow may occur and can usually be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Due to differences in production batches, machinery, and equipment, small variations in color, print position, and/or size may occur. These are normal parts of the production process and are not considered defects.

🔁 REPLACEMENT, REFUND & RETURN POLICY 🔁

Single-tile replacements are available for qualifying manufacturing defects, including peeling, inverted or misaligned patterns, or uncleanable ink overflow.

Missing tiles, incorrect tile types, or visible cracks/chips caused during transit are also covered.

For defects within a reasonable range, partial refunds may be issued. Full-order returns are not accepted for minor individual flaws.

For major unfixable issues, such as severe color deviation or large-scale damage, a partial refund or order remake may be discussed after the issue is verified.

Because these items are custom printed and made to order, all sales are final unless there is a qualifying issue as described above.
