What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order provided it has not gone into print production which is usually within the first day unless it occurs on a holiday. You may inquire through Etsy to me and I will check with Printify to see if production has started. It is important that you do not delay on this notification, At that point if it has started then I can do nothing to stop the order from being processed and shipped to you. If, on the other hand it has not in production, then I can cancel it. Either way I will let you know. Refund will be issued after it is cancelled.

What is your return policy?

The item must meet specific criteria. 1 - The order was damaged in shipping. 2 - The print is not what you ordered. In this instance you will need to send me an image of the item to verify that is indeed the wrong shirt print that was ordered. 3 - The color is not what you ordered. In this instance you will need to send me an image of the item to verify that is indeed the wrong color shirt that was ordered. 4 - The shirt size is not what you ordered. Check sizes carefully! In this instance you will need to send me an image of the item to verify that is indeed the wrong size shirt that was ordered. If the item match the order then a return will not be accepted. If the item does not match the order then a return or exchange is possible.

Do you ship overseas?

With all the current shipping issues we regret that we will not do any overseas shipping at this time.

Custom and personalized orders

We can design an item specific to your request. You will need to message us with the details for your design. We can work out the art and go through a proofing process to tweak it for press. If you provide your own image, it must be high resolution.
