You'll purchase your domain name and hosting account. If you're unsure where to start, I'll guide you through the process and help you select the best option for your needs.

2. Tell Me About Your Business

You'll complete a short questionnaire or schedule a consultation call. This helps me understand your business, goals, audience, and desired functionality.

3. Strategy & Design Direction

I'll create a design concept outlining the visual direction, website structure, branding elements, colors, typography, and user experience.

4. Development & Review

Once the design direction is approved, I'll begin development. You'll receive a preview of your website and can request revisions before launch.

5. Launch

After final approval, your website will be published and made live. You'll receive a professional, mobile-friendly, SEO-ready website built to support your business growth.

ABOUT HOSTING:

• Clients may host their website with any hosting provider of their choice and will receive the completed website files and deployment instructions upon project completion.
• For clients who prefer a hands-off experience, hosting and ongoing website management may be available through my preferred hosting provider for an additional monthly subscription fee.
• Monthly hosting plans may include website hosting, software updates, security monitoring, backups, and technical support depending on the selected plan.
• Hosting services are entirely optional and are not required to purchase a custom website.

Content:

To ensure your website accurately represents your business, clients are responsible for providing website copy, logos, images, branding assets, and other relevant materials. I'm happy to provide guidance and recommendations throughout the process, but final content approval and delivery remain the responsibility of the client.

Timeline:

Project timelines vary based on project scope, responsiveness, and content delivery. Estimated timelines will be discussed before work begins.

SEO Disclaimer:

While websites are built using SEO best practices, search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed. Rankings depend on many factors including competition, content quality, industry, location, and ongoing marketing efforts.

Revisions:

Reasonable revisions are included during the review phase. Additional work requested after project completion may require a separate purchase.

Ownership & Copyright:

Upon final payment, you retain ownership of the completed website design and content provided by you.

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Any third-party assets, stock images, fonts, plugins, or software remain subject to their respective licensing agreements.

Refund Policy:

Due to the custom nature of digital services, refunds cannot be provided once work has begun. Please review Etsy's policies and contact us with any questions before purchasing.
