Warning: Glitter fabric is not advisable for daily rough use as the glitter has the tendency to fall off because of constant rubbing against saddle.

Excellent customer service and the saddle pad is perfect. Only thing was the shipping. The shipping speed was good but I was under the impression the item was shipping from the US as that the location on the shop's profile but it was actually shipped from the UK and required additional payment upon delivery that I was also not aware of. Overall good experience though, happy with the product and would order again.

We are located in Chantilly, Virginia and Columbus, Ohio but we also maintain stock internationally as well for our global clients. So whenever we are out of stock with something, we have it delivered from our warehouse in UK or PK and due to the new tariffs regulations, some customers are charged duties which is rare but does happen. But I’m glad it made it on time and you liked it.
