Substantial, strikingly bold but simplistic, handmade solid wood frames straight from the pacific northwest. Made to order with locally sourced walnut, maple, cherry, or dark red mahogany with beautiful contrasting splines and a subtle, elegant chamfer. Finished with an all natural hard wax oil, each selected grain will pop with a rich luster and a smooth finish while keeping the organic grain textures front and center. These frames will make for amazing gifts or just a way to spruce up your living space.

Order a frame for the exact size of your artwork. There will be a small 1/2" overhang of the frame on each side needed to hold in the acrylic glass and artwork.

What you get with this purchase:
-Handmade solid maple picture frame created to your size specifications. Created with 3/4" thick x 1 1/2" wide stock for a unique shape, deviating from the classic gallery frame design
-Bold contrasting walnut splines
-1/8" acrylic glass cut to size for ultimate durability and clarity
-Beautiful, all natural non toxic hard wax oil finish that lets the natural grain shine through while adding a protective layer
-Thick backing paper to accommodate the low profile styled frame and to keep your picture safely, solidly in place
-Bendable metal tabs for holding pictures in and easy, repeated usage
-Mounting hardware preinstalled for your selection of portrait or landscape (anything larger than 18" wide will get hanging wire whereas smaller frames will use a traditional sawtooth hanger)
-Due to naturally occurring grain differences, there will be minor variations from the items pictured. Every item will be a completely unique piece

If you wish to have a different splines than the ones pictured, please note that in the order, or send me a message. Check my other listings for the other frame types.

Mats are not included at this time, but the frames will work perfectly for fully sized artwork as well.

From my humble, local shop nestled in the pacific northwest, I'm happy to bring a quality and level of bespoke craftsmanship that is hard to find in this modern age and I'd be honored to help your create your next one-of-a-kind display.
