How do I download my files after purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will provide a download link on your Purchases page. You’ll also receive an email with the download link included.

➥ HOW TO ORDER

1) Pick your designs, place an order
2) Once payment is complete, digital files will be available for download in your account and an email will be sent to your Etsy registered email. (Usually takes about 5 minutes).
3) You can also access your digital purchase on your Etsy account. Go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

➥ HOW TO UNZIP YOUR FILE

1. To unzip the folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select EXTRACT ALL, and follow the instructions.
2. To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file to a new location.

➥HOW TO OPEN A PDF FILE

For some files with large quantities, we will place them in a PDF file that contains a link to the download folder for that file.
You can open the PDF file in a web browser and click the "download" button to redirect to the folder containing the file.
At this point, you can choose to download it or copy the link below the "download" button and access it directly.
