Bright and beautiful wine glasses featuring sunflowers and green leaves hand painted all the way around with acrylic paint. Makes a great gift. May also be used in decoration as an accent.

These wine glasses are 8 inches (20.3 cm) tall, the stem is 3.5 inches (8.9 cm) long, the diameter of the bowl is about 3 inches (7.6 cm). They can hold 14 oz (414 ml) each.

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
We accept payment by major credit cards through Etsy's direct checkout or Paypal, Etsy gift cards, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. Payments made via money orders or checks will have to clear before your order may be shipped. The fee for bounced checks is $25. Orders shipped within California will have a 9% sales tax added to the amount of the purchase.

Custom orders will require a 100% retainer. If you decide to cancel your order for any reason that is not due to our fault, we will consider refunding up to 70% of the money paid depending on how far from completion we are.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Due to the fragile nature of our products and for your peace of mind, all our products are shipped fully insured. Therefore, if your order arrives partially or completely damaged, we will replace the damaged product(s) at no cost to you in most cases. We will require photos of the damage to file an insurance claim.

We do our best to describe all products we sell as fully as possible, including photos. We understand that photographs may not always truly represent colors and/or shapes, so you are welcome to request additional photos or additional description of any product you're interested in before you buy including close-ups of different parts or elements of design. If you believe that the product you've received was significantly misrepresented or if you don't like it, we will issue a refund upon receiving the returned product if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. All returns and refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If your order was lost by the postal service, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid to us including the shipping charges subject to verification of the loss.

If you want to return your purchased product, you are responsible for all return postage. We recommend that you ship it back in the same packaging you received it in via a reliable service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for shipments lost in transit to us. Also, we are not responsible for items that become damaged while in transit to us.

Most custom orders are not returnable - especially, if personalized. We will be in constant contact with you providing ideas, design drafts, photos of different versions and revisions before your order is completed, so once it ships, it cannot be returned. Standard return and replacement policy will apply to custom orders that arrive damaged or are lost. If any part of your custom order doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us immediately, and we will address that.

We generally ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Certain large custom orders may require addional time for fulfillment. We will let you know when your order will be shipped.

Shipping within the United States:
Most of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking included in the shipping charge. We will provide the tracking number for each shipment. Orders will arrive to most locations in the continental United States within 2-3 business days. The cut-off for shipments that must be delivered before major holidays (Christmas, New Year, etc.) is at least one week before the holiday. We reserve the right to ship via a different carrier if we find it reasonable and advantageous. If the actual cost of shipping to your location is significantly higher than our shipping charge, we may invoice you for the difference as decided on a case by case basis.

International shipping:
We ship internationally to select countries via First-Class mail. Delivery time will vary. International orders that exceed $400 in value, are heavier than 4 pounds or require large boxes (over 36 inches combined length+width+height) will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for details. We can ship your order in several boxes if needed. If you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail at an additional charge, please let us know. Please note that any customs duties, taxes and/or fees levied on international purchases in your country, are the sole responsibillity of the buyer. Our shipping charges only include the actual shipping rate paid to the carrier and a small handling fee.

Expedited service and express shipping is also available at an additional charge if requested.
