This pattern works up really well. I used cork for part of it and waterproof canvas as a lining. I did cut back on the interfacing using shape flex on the cotton pieces and foam as the pattern is written. The interior of the bag looks perfect with no baggy lining. I have made 2 so far and will try a guy version without the zipper cover.

I loved making this pattern! The bag turned out super cute. There are so many hidden pockets throughout the bag. The directions were well written and easy to follow!

My summit pack turned out better than I dreamed possible! After more than 50 years sewing experience I learned some new techniques. Very well thought out pattern that is easy to follow if you take your time and thoroughly read the instructions. Thank you so much!

This pattern was a little tough for me, but I found a video on YouTube and carefully read the directions. It took me a while to make, probably more than 8 hours with all of the cutting and double checking! But I am pleased with my creation and know what I would do differently the next time!
