You can send your picture directly through Etsy Messages or email us at etsy.jamesclaire@gmail.com We’ll confirm the image quality before creating your ornament.

When do I need to order to receive my ornament before Christmas?

Orders placed before December 9th are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. We ship early and upgrade shipping when needed during holiday season.

Do you accept refunds or cancellations for custom items?

Because custom photo ornaments are made specially for each customer, we cannot accept returns once the design is created. If there is any issue, please contact us — we’re always happy to help.

Can I track my ornament shipment?

Yes. All ornaments ship with tracking numbers, which will appear in your Etsy order details as soon as the package is scanned.
